Upon arrival at the Boat House, we were greeted by Amy who made us feel right at home. the cozy property included a carton of milk, wine, and Belgian chocolates - such a thoughtful touch! With easy access to the Runcton Farm Shop, we were able to stock up on groceries conveniently. the peaceful setting allowed us to relax and enjoy the heated bathroom and comfortable amenities provided. the large garden was a lovely spot to unwind, and even though the weather wasn't ideal for outdoor seating, the interior was spacious and clean. Overall, a fantastic stay in a secure and private location - would certainly return in the future.
